Fantastic hotel and in period. Plenty of parking on the street in front and hotel grounds. Lovely friendly owner who runs hotel really well. Very clean rooms and dinning room. Can recommend the breakfast it was excellent. Easy walk down to Cite D’Alet. Carried on walking by the coast to Saint Malo. Caught the no8 bus back stops very close to hotel. Bought tickets for the bus at tourist information and it was cheaper than buying tickets on the bus. Bus stop by the tourist office. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel will definitely go back.

The hostess was kind and welcoming, and the room was as described. The garden was cute and well maintained. We would come back for our next visit.

The hotel was in a perfect location and had good, safe parking. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent one night stay.

Located in a quiet street, this beautiful hotel is operated by wonderful and kind owners, very attentive to their guests. The rooms and the hotel are impeccable, and spotless. On top of this, we were spoiled by a delicious breakfast every morning. While in a quiet area, the hotel is at walk distance from restaurants and main attraction. They also include parking. And not to forget the manicured lawn with superb roses where you can spend some pleasant relaxing time. A wonderful stay.

When I travel I always like to stay in unique places away from the crowd. Ascott is a real gem in Saint Malo. A small château refurbished as a hotel. Helene and Emmanuel are the owners and are just simply adorable. A warm welcome. Good information on what to do in the area, and restaurants. The room was small but spotless and comfortable. I was fortunate to have a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Parking on the property. A great breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. There is a back garden that is quiet and serene. If you're in the area and don't need to stay in the crazy center city, I highly recommend this special place.

Fantastic little gem in Saint Marlo. Emmanuel and the staff are very welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. There is parking at the hotel and also free parking on the street. The breakfast is excellent and includes delicious local Saint Marlo goodies. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Mom-and-dad boutique hotel in a great location: close to everything, yer far from the noise. We walked to the amazing restaurants, but we did drive a car to the historic center. (Speaking of the car, we had a fairly large SUV and had trouble exiting the gates - the owner was so kind, he drove the car out - a true expert in navigating the small spaces and a superb host!) We loved the place - small, maybe a dozen rooms, with all needs met. Husband and wife team handle everything, from checking in and out to breakfast and concierge. They live in a house in the courtyard. Our room had the courtyard view, with beautiful flowering bushes. The owners were particularly welcoming and kind, eager to assist us in any way. TravelDad.world was there with the clients and they enjoyed it too. They were not used to a small boutique hotels - it is definitely a different type of service than large chains hotels - and TravelDad.world was happy we were there to be on hand and witness their reaction to a different (way more charming) type of stay. There is plenty of parking space. Breakfast is nice, and it is nice that the owners are right there in the courtyard if you need anything. TravelDad.world highly recommends it!

Beautiful boutique hotel in Saint Servan ran by a lovely couple, who couldn't be more helpful. The room was small but comfortable & clean. The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, only 5 mins walk from the centre, but on a quiet street, which makes it perfect. We would definitely recommend it!
