Check in was terrible. We were told our room was not ready at 4:00pm (check in time) After waiting 45 minutes, we were told it would be another hour before our room was ready (that would have meant it wouldn't be ready till around 6:00pm. At that point, we ask to see the manager. She found us another room and we were able to finally check in.
We were put in a room on the 1st floor. The door that went out to the pool did not have a lock. Only a chain slide that would have made it easy for a breakin.
Breakfast on our first morning. We waited 2 hours for our breakfast to be delivered to our table. This was not the waitress's fault. There was only one girl to wait on tables inside the resturant as well as outside. She was also functioning as hostess. Poor girl was doing the best she could but way to much for one person.

The Dolphin Resort was home away from home complete with excellent service and amenities. The location can’t be beat!

The staff was very nice the food was great the pool was amazing and the rooms where clean and spacious.we all had a great time only thing i wish it had was live music.

I don't know where to begin with how terrible this place is. The front desk staff are extremely rude. The rooms/hallways/stairwells are extremely dirty. They really rely on the location but please beware, everything except the location is horrible!

The property was perfect in relation to the beach access. The bar was close to the beach. The beach servers were terrific!! Marisa was absolutely terrific and the bright spot for this hotel. The other bartenders were rude and I felt like I was disturbing them. The food at the hotel restaurant was just ok but nice there was an option on site. The pool was beautiful and warm but closed at sunset unfortunately. The rooms were average and clean. No issues with the room. Dated but well appointed with fridge and microwave. The young gentleman at the front desk was nice. Parking was fine. $50 resort fee was a bit much but direct beach access was well worth it. Had a fantastic Henna tattoo session courtesy of the hotel. I just left feeling underwhelmed by the workers attitudes. They acted like they didn’t care if I was alive or dead, ordering or not. The last bartender actually put my limes in my hand. All in all, the room was comfy and I slept well.

The first room was not to our liking but they accomended us to another room. The location was wonderful and staff was very nice !

Liked the oceanfront pool and walk to the beach. It was nice that they had sand volleyball courts, soccer nets and cornhole for activities. Property definitely needs some updating but had all of the essentials. Live music was a nice surprise

Been coming for years. Love the improvements. Very clean. Nice tvs in the bar. Friendly staff. Always a great pool area, new chairs & umbrellas.

Property had everything we wanted. Pool, beach, restaurant & bar. It is more of a mello crowd. Older adults and families. It is outdated but is clean.
