房間比較現代，周邊有個地鐵站，旁邊的商場比較一般，中國城交結合部水平。

I rented an apartment for one month and really liked it. It had everything one could possibly need : a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, working place. I basically needed to telework, exercise and visit Saint Petersburg and the hotel offered everything I needed. It is located in front of a subway station with easy access to the city center, it has good wifi and there is a gym that one can access for 700 roubles à visit or, as I did, it is possible to buy access for one month. Will come back for the next stay in Saint Petersburg.

Everything is super modern, stylish, comfortable for guests. I had no problem with early check-in. There are nice shops and restaurants on the first floor. 2 minutes walking from a subway.Thank you very, very much! Definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s our second day out of four here. Totally hate it. The apartments are functional, but very small. A lot of building works going on and it’s very loud. We had to change rooms from the 6th floor to the 15th. Also the block 3 is quieter. The housekeeping doesn’t have vacuum cleaners, they go around sweeping! Do the rooms are disgustingly dirty, all covered in thick layer of dust. Our feet were black after 5 minutes of being inside the apartments. The breakfast is the worst I’ve had in the past twenty years probably. I had to spit the coffee, how bad it tasted. Nothing is edible. Had to content myself with cold boiled eggs. Everyone around us complained as well. No juices, no toaster, no yogurt. Totally disgusting! The only good thing is the gym. But way too much bureaucracy to enter, they ask you for your passport, phone number, take your picture, have to sign two different papers. Was too much for 7am gym visit. Once someone dropped two takeaway coffees in an elevator and it was going up and down for hours with people not being able to use it. Not existing housekeeping! I have to keep “do not disturb” sign on our door, so the cleaning lady couldn’t come and trash the place! I had to clean thoroughly our two rooms myself in order to stay there.

Разместились в апарт-отеле VALO City очень быстро и пошли гулять. В таком большом комплексе я была впервые, хотелось просто стать частью этого мира. Снимали на 2 дня всего. Очень понравилось. На территории можно сказать своя зона отдыха, даже фонтан свой есть. За эти дни я отдохнула от готовки и уборки, и насладилась вкуснейшей ресторанной едой и походом в спа.

в отеле не знают что такое обслуживание и доброжелательность.все хамят и не улыбаются.предыдущий отзыв который я написала заблокировали.поэтому буду писать на всех сайтах о том, что в пятницу и субботу в караоке орут пьяные до 3 ночи. и вы не уснете.все делают вид что так и надо и это твои проблемы.номера не убирают,, никто ничего не знает.полное равнодушие и хамство такого отношения еще не видела.видимо цена номера говорит обо всем.ЕСЛИ вы уважаете себя не надо ехать в этот отель!!
