Second time staying here, excellent customer service. For a quick night stay, it checks the boxes.

All of the staff members were great and very helpful! My room was very clean and I felt safe coming and going when it was dark outside

Spent the weekend at the comfort inn for the royal rumble, staff was very good room was better than I expected and the Location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, airport & both stadiums!

Very quiet area, good to relax. Friendly and helpful staff. The room quality is not as good as a 5 star hotel but it is still decent for an Inn. Not much shopping or food areas walking distance. But overall, it is a nice place to stay.

The staff was nice. Our 2 rooms had a smell that was musty & old. The carpet was dirty & bathroom needs help. The beds were comfortable. And we appreciate the staff giving us side by side rooms. I’m sorry to be negative but this hotel needs some TLC.

This is a great place for a quick over night while traveling stop over. It is definitely a place that employers have their workers stay while working out of town.
It was under renovation when we stayed. Still very clean.

The room space and cleanliness was good. The bed comfortable. Closet space, luggage rack, desk, fridge, TV, and microwave. Clean towels and enough for two people. Next to 275 highway and noisy, and no curtains to block out the noise and lights. Elevators and stairwells strangely designed. Breakfast coffee good but why styrofoam cups??!! Glad it was just one night. Adequate but miles from downtown St. Pete.

Terrible area, filthy hotel. Rain poured in through window. Carpet so dirty I had to wear shoes- never again!
