酒店擁有悠久的歷史，很多名人都曾經在這裏留下過足跡，包括瑪麗蓮夢露，房間乾淨整潔寬敞，自助式入住也很方便，早餐也很豐富，一切都很完美。

I stayed at the Crystal Bay Hotel twice with my family and we had such a great experience that I need to write the review! This hotel for sure has an Old Hollywood feel! Stars stayed in there before and you feel like one. Cassandra and Rachel from the reception desk are the nicest, most welcoming people ever and they should be recognized and get a raise! Buffet style breakfast was great and we were full for hours! Frank Sinatra music was a plus too. Ok one of most surprising things was the fact that we slept like babies and it never happened at the hotel! Seriously 10h every night?! Location is pretty good because it’s only few minute drive from a Treasure Island. We can’t wait to stay there next time!

My friend and I enjoyed the ambience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the generous breakfast in the dining patio. Great location to jump off to various local sites.

Nice historic hotel. A bit dated but very clean. Convenient to city and beaches. Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I enjoyed everything. It was a relaxing time and felt like a home away from home. Everything from restaurants and the beaches were close by

I loved the contactless check-in and check-out. It was a much nicer experience than chain hotels, and much more relaxing.
The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

When we arrived the bathroom was covered in hair. On the floor sinks and tub. We dropped off our bags and left right away to explore and start our vacation. When we came back later in the evening to rest, the right side of the bed sunk all the way to the springs and stayed there when my husband layed down. He’s an average size man, 6’0” and 210 lbs. After realizing this bed was not going to work, we went down to the front desk to discuss our options. With it being after 10pm they had closed for the night and left a number to call. We did call and it went straight to voicemail. We decided to find lodging elsewhere.
