Dirty. Not cleaned up after previous tenants. Ants in the kitchen. No cutlery. Worn out furniture. Far from everything - from a good beach (the nearby beach looks like a hole in the ground), from the center, from the restaurants. Pools were closed sometimes without explanation. Very noisy, near busy street. You need to bring your own toilet paper and and garbage bags.

We spent a week-end in this place conveniently located near the sea and the various beaches of Boulouris. Our studio was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was fine offering a nice view over the coast. However, it was a bit difficult to find a parking spot since the place was rather crowded.

I have stayed in a lot of residences and this was the best by far, I wished we could stay longer! We were greeted by Anna on our arrival who is very professional and friendly, she has put a lot of effort into the accommodation and experience. The location was beautiful, the room was super clean and looked so fresh. We loved it and and would definitely stay again, very highly recommended.

Très agréable, emplacement excellent, mais le coût du séjour devrait inclure le parking, facturé en plus !

Près de commerce avec arrêt de bus prêt de l'entrée bien pratique pour passer la journée à st Raphael, magnifique plage juste en face de la résidence le top du top, semaine reposante.Personnel a l'accueil très souriant ainsi que les dames de l'entretien merci

Accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins. Lieu agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Restauration très variée et de bonne qualité.

We zijn er enkele vakantiedagen geweest -eind april ‘24- waarbij het weer niet was zoals verwacht. De omgeving heeft dan echter dan genoeg te bieden om het toch tot een aangenaam verblijf te kunnen betitelen.
