assigned to room occupied by other people, overworked staff help correct but took 90 minutes. property need major upgrade, safe did't work. literally 300 paces to airport. nice pool. ok for staying overnight between plane connections. emerald bay hotel across bay similar price but has beach.

Beautiful view and walking distance from airport. Got a good deal but booked ahead of time. Rooms were very clean. There is hot water you just have to wait a little bit. Theres also an adorable calico kitty I called Clover that hangs out around the dining area. Only reasons I didnt give 5 stars was cause plumbing wasnt working for a day and there wasnt any plastic bottle recycling.

Location and views 10/10. The property is very old and rundown though. No elevator. Tiny tiny bathroom and shower. But the pool was nice to have for a few hours before walking to STT airport to fly home.

AC broken. Assigned new room which was old and shabby. Run down area around the hotel. Restraint was understaffed and sp**** and run down.

This hotel is decent for their price and literally across from the airport near Brewers beach and Emerald beach
The condition of the rooms and the hotel could be better but it's clean and in good enough condition

Nice hotel next to the airport. Nice view and the restaurant was tasty. We had a villa and it was nice to splurge our last night of our vacation. Some aspects of the room were a little outdated but didn't bother us.

We had a balcony with a beautiful view but couldn’t open the sliding glass door. Hot water in shower was NOT. The handle would only turn part way. Very hot water in sink. The food for dinner at cafe was excellent

Adele the receptionist was great and helpful. I needed a hairdryer and she was on it and made it happen! The hotel also allowed me to store my luggage before my flight.
The only downside was there were people talking outside until after midnight, it was disturbing my sleep.

After reading reviews from this property I was afraid to book but everything was better than expected. Airport is walking distance, attention from staff was amazing and the views from the room are just beautiful. Next time I visit St Thomas I’m definitely choosing to stay in this property again!
