This is the worst hotel I ever stay, price are outrageous, the food is terrible , the breakfast is not up to standards, everything described on the web site does not exist . This hotel is a catastrophe, I cannot believe this exist. Do not stay there

I stayed at Chateau Saint vidal right after the opening of the hotel, my wife and I had a lovely stay, the staff was very generous and very friendly. we had a lovely time in this typical French castle. we do recommend to stay there for honeymoon thanks for taking care of us

We went there as an alternative to staying in an ibis , the renovation of this chateau was great, although the rooms are hot no air conditioning or fans provided, we asked about dinner and they said yes but the meals were limited and we’re heated by a micro wave , the staff tried hard and we’re pleasant , when we got there the door was locked (after 4.00pm) and took a while to get in touch with them.

J’ai adoré notre parenthèse dans cette forteresse restauré avec goût et à la taille humaine. Le lieu a un charme fou, le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins. Nous avons profité d’une belle chambre très spacieuse (le prince de la tour de l’Auvergne) et surtout de l’espace bien-être. La possibilité de profiter d’un massage sur place (a réserver à l’avance) est vraiment extraordinaire. A refaire! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un lieu magnifique, des chambres superbes. En revanche le service n’est clairement pas au niveau d’un établissement de ce type. Deux personnes uniquement pour tenir l’établissement un 8 mai, c’est insuffisant. Pas certain que les cinq étoiles perdurent dans le temps… Allez-y pour le lieu, pas pour le service…

Excellent accueil, prestation de grande qualité. Chambre très spacieuse, ameublement d'époque, parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Les repas du soir, sont simple, et parfaitement préparés. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Merci Nina.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit sur le chemin du retour entre la Provence et Paris et nous avons adoré ce lieu sublime rénové avec goût et raffinement. Marleen nous a chaleureusement accueillis et fait aimer les lieux. Elle a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée sur les lieux et a eu des attentions délicates à notre égard. Nous avons eu la chance de suivre une visite guidée du château 🏰 très intéressante qui permet de découvrir l’histoire passionnante de ces vieilles pierres de basalte. Une halte à faire si vous passez dans le coin du Puy !

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet établissement. Le site, magnifique, vous transporte dans le temps. L'accueil qui nous a été fait était exceptionnel, les prestations l'étaient tout autant. En plus de nous avoir extrêmement bien reçus, notre hôtesse nous a si bien présenté les lieux, que son histoire en devenait palpable. Une expérience dont nous sommes absolument ravis.

L’endroit et la bâtisse ont un charme fou. La rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse ,délicatesse et efficacité. Nous nous sommes sentis aux petits soins pendant ce séjour qui nous a semblé trop court. Il est probable que nous y retournerons.
