Location food and hospitality you name it everything was just amazing . Dinesh and the team was very polite and hospitable. I will recommend this place anytime if you want to enjoy amazing view and a great staff.The property is vintage as its well maintained yet has a British interior

It was a fab experience everything is on time the survive and each and every staff is friendly even felt like we are in our home …, Besides that food and comfort is on a greater level ill love to visit rossa stays whenever I go to Goa n south Goa Thank you so much

Right from the time of my check in, I've been welcomed by a wonderful team here led by Iyappan. The other support staff too (Anil, Dinesh and Akshay) have displayed the highest levels of customer attention and service!!👌👌👏👏 Each and everyone made me feel at home!!🙏🙏 The rooms are very well kept, and surrounding natural ambiance has made my stay a truly memorable experience!! The food has been delicious and made to our choice!! I certainly look forward to coming here more often in the future!! I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a true "Value for Money" vacation in South Goa!!

I had booked this entire property for my husband’s birthday party. I am beyond words when it comes to the property, staff, arrangements, food, cleanliness, every thing! With 15 of us living in this property it must have appeared as a mad house but the staff was the sweetest. They never said NO for anything that we’d requested for and always had a smiling space. The Manager, Mr. Iyyappan, ensured that we didn’t have a lift a finger and also helped me with all the birthday decorations. The cook, Mr. Ganesh was always available to make food for us, and let me tell you that was food was simply mind blowing!! If you are in South Goa and want the best experience, this place should be your go-to!!

Great place and very good hospitality. We enjoyed a lot,well maintained. Awesome infrastructure.. here the staff are very friendly and patient. Best place for huge gang. Villa is with antic interiors..

I like the property very much...I like the indo-portuguese culture .the pool was very nice...we enjoyed our time over there.My friends and me came to celebrate birthday of our friend.The celebration where well planned and excuted well.. Chef Ganesh made very delicious food for us and Rouland gave a very efficient service helps very swift in his service and recommended many local dishes. Thanks again to all staff will see u soon....

We are staying in the South Goa Bara Bungalow and i don't have enough words to explain how amazing this place is, very well maintained and the hospitality has been wonderful. The staff has been available for us constantly. Mr Ronel and our favourite Santosh Bhaiyya checked on us all the time and helped us with everything. If there was an option for rating food, i would rate it 100/10. It's that good! My dog too, is having a great time. Coming here was the best decision. We don't feel like going back at all...Will be visiting again very very soon! I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a beautiful Goan getaway!

We stayed here for 5 days on our trip to Goa, the property is conveniently located apart from being quite lovely in itself. The staff is exceedingly polite, nice and happy to help with recommendations/ arrange for any expeditions. The food is quite simply the best local fare we had while there, much better than some of the surrounding places. The rooms were lovely, the property is nice and isolated and is perfect if you want to relax away from crowded hotels and buffet systems. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to relax away from the crowds !

We Had a great time at Rosastay bara bunglow! Clean cozy rooms, very friendly staff. The food in the cafe is amazing! I liked the location relative to the beaches and the general atmosphere of the hotel - we felt at home. Many thanks to the team that makes the hotel such a pleasant place to live in. We will be happy to come again! We recommend it to everyone!
