Definitely liked the breakfast and the great Staff. Rooms are outdated and unfortunately had some noisy neighbors. Overall not bad at all.

amazingly supportive and attentive and professional staff. newly renovated. wide selection of options for breakfast (except gluten free). East walking distance to Walgreens and Trader Joe’s.

Everything was wonderful except power went out early morning and emergency lights in stairwell not all working. That needs to be addressed.

We got a room in the basement of the hotel. Danky and in the corner with a view of the wall. The blinds could not be closed, as they were partial blinds on the side of the window, it meant that anyone walking outside could see in..
The bathroom had no wash basin. The basin was in the room and not in the bathroom crazy design. Will never stay here again.

Although the outside has been updated, the rooms were not. Very dated, but clean. Great staff!

My only comment is that the main window shades do not close completely. Since I was sleeping during the day I put the extra blanket up to help with the light. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast items were excellent.

Upon checking in River and Daniel were so friendly and nice. The cookies were especially great touch and good. the breakfast is delightful.. Having a rfrigerator and mircrowave is perfect. When I come to Salem I do like to stay at this hotel as my family lives near hotel.
