The service was great. A little disappointed with the breakfast. There was a little smell of mildew in the room. Turned off the heater and it was better. Beds were very comfortable. Wanted to take it home with me.

The floor between rooms does not seem to muffle sounds at all. Sounded as if the person above me rode a Clydesdale around the room most of the night.

Great value. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. Room was on the small side but perfect for us for an overnight stay. Only wish breakfast was served a little longer.

Rooms are small but very clean and well set up. Plenty of space to hang up clothes and unpack. The 24hr coffee bar was perfect. I'll be back for sure and look for other AVID Properties.

Excellent spot. Great staff. EXCELLENT breakfast options. Convenient location. I stay here every other month for work and always very happy.
