Nice old hotel but lots of steps outside & no lift inside so very difficult for us oldies with our suitcases. Breakfast ok but the man working in the breakfast room was quite intimidating, watching over us the whole time, if we went to help ourselves to more food he was there!! He insisted on boiling my eggs for me for 4 minutes even though I said I wanted them boiling for 5 & could do it myself. They were underdone & I couldnt eat them which was annoying !! The room was fine.

Hôtel de bon confort avec plein de charme Excellent accueil a l arrivée avec le portage des bagages et accompagnement jusqu a la chambre Agréablement surpris Chambre très agréable et spacieuse Restaurant menu Auvergnat rien a redire Spa très fonctionnel et agréable

Hôtel très bien situé sur SALERS, chambre standard très bien décorée, très propre, literie très confortable, salle de bain très propre et très jolie. Restaurant avec plats succulents, petit déjeuner formule buffet très bien fourni et par dessus tout, un personnel très sympathique et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous venons à SALERS régulièrement, nous ne manquerons pas de réserver à nouveau dans cet établissement. Merci à toutes et à tous pour votre professionnalisme. A très bientôt.

Accueil agréable Restauration de qualités, dans un cadre contemporain. Petits déjeuners au top! Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Bravo!

L'hôtel reste vieillot pas d'ascenseur le spa moyen la piscine qui paraît et à 27 je n'ai pas pu y rentrer je la trouve froide le sommelier ne connaît pas son métier pour le Gascogne il nous dit que la Chambre d'Amour est un vin très sucré or je le connais c'est pas vrai nous avons été surtaxé et nous avons eu une suite qui coûtait 160 € ce n'est pas le prix d'une suite dans l'état de la suite qui reste agréable mais vieillotte cependant la dame de l'accueil est très gentille

Nous voulions découvrir Salers, "l'un des plus beaux villages de France", aussi nous y sommes passé pour une étape. Nous n'avons pas mangé, dommage mais lundi... Nous y avons très bien dormi, très bonne literie, établissement de qualité. Mention spéciale à Marie, à l'accueil, très attentionnée pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Bravo.

Une excellente adresse pour visiter Salers et la région. La personne à l'accueil a été très sympathique. Nous avons même été surclassés. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le spa est un vrai moment de détente. Nous avions réservé le spa privatif pendant deux heures. Quel bonheur de se détendre après une randonnée dans la région. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Un agréable séjour passé en couple. Nous avons pris une chambre confort, avec l'accès au spa pendant 2 heures. Une pure merveille, aucun regret ! Le soir, nous nous sommes attelés au restaurant de l'hôtel. Encore une fois, un excellent repas avec un service rapide, souriant et de qualité ! Un petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix demandé. Merci à toute l'équipe !
