Super hôtel , super accueil un hôtel familiale et proche de la plage !! Pas déçu

We stayed here for 5 nights in october half term and was really pleased with our enjoyable stay. Its location is fantastic compared to lots of other hotels being just a short walk from the beach. Our room 6 was spacious for myself , my husband, and 15 year old son and we had an okay view over the pool. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the food was plentiful with something for everyone. ( how anyone can complain is beyond me !!) Not a lot going on as coming to the end if season but that didn't stop the entertainment trying each evening and getting people together. There are not many English guests, but that doesn't bother us anyway. The chefs work hard as do the bar staff.Would return to this hotel if we come back to salou. Dinner time was at 730 which is late for some but suited us as wanted the sun as long as possible! Only negative we had was the fire alarm kept going off on our last night when we really needed sleep !!

I will definitely come back!! Everything superlative! The lady at the reception, Jeana, Loli and Meghan, extremely kind and the check-in went very quickly. Always with a smile on his face and we liked this! Large spacious room, impeccable cleanliness! Clean and properly equipped bathroom! Very very comfortable mattress!

On Oct 22th, 2023 we were supposed to check in at the Best Da Vinci hotel. Having a free cancellation till 20.10, we wrote to the e-mail in advance about geting a room on the top floor. However, there was no response. At the time of check-in we were offered a room on the 3rd floor out of 6, we asked for a higher floor. We were told that they would try to help us, then we would have to wait. When we came to the reception after 1.5 hours, another employee said that there were no rooms on the 6th floor, come back on Tuesday (24.10). After about 20 minutes we decided to come to the reception, by that time the first employee already came back. They said that since the hotel closes its season on 28.10, rooms on the upper floors won't be available (although people continued to live on the upper floors till closing date 28.10), also they said that our room category was a standard room, not a studio and here are no standard rooms above the 3rd floor. We could pay extra for the room on higher floor, but it was suggested by SENIOR RECEPTIONIST in a rude manner to take the room on the 3rd floor and be satisfied with that. Disappointed we left, but the next day we decided to try our luck again because we saw people on the upper floors getting checked in. On 23.10 having approached to another employee, she answered that the change of rooms is carried out from 12 to 15 and left to specify something. Having returned back with a SENIOR employee, who was dissatisfied that we came again loudly saying "AGAIN???", she repeated that the number above the 3rd floor won't be given and if you DO NOT like something, PACK YOUR BAGS AND LEAVE FOR EXAMPLE TO THE NEIGHBOURING MAGNOLIA HOTEL. At the same time we were ready to pay extra just to get a room on the top floor, but nothing was not offered to us, but simply sent us away. For the first time in all our travels we were shocked by the rudeness of front desk employees, absolutely not interested (especially the SENIOR receptionist). Money doesn't matter, you can't pay and take what you want, you need to live in the room dedicated to you. In addition, we got the impressed that they do not speak English well and are more kind to Spanish-speakers. About the room itself, it's nice. But if you got a room in the main building, then be prepared that in rooms where the beds are near the window overlooking the yard, will be very noisy in the morning, because you can hear the slamming doors from ALL sides and from ALL floors. Pros: nice studios, good housekeeping, good food. Cons: rudeness and unprofessionalism of the SENIOR receptionist, noise in rooms because of poor noise insulation, no towels for the beach available.

Just come back from a third stay here, and would stay here again if I went back. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage space, very comfy beds with a fridge, microwave and kettle in all rooms, some have a kitchen as well. We went half board and the food is very varied and plentiful and fresh food was brought out on a regular basis. Breakfast was 8 till 10.30 and evening meal was 7,30 till 9.30 so no rushing to get to any meal, just turn up when you wanted. About a 3/4 minute walk to the seafront and the bus stops. Quiet area and a supermarket on the corner. Ideal place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Friendly reception staff. Comfy beds. Excellent food. We stayed 21st April for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and in a great location only a few minutes from beach and centre of town.

Spacious room with 2 double beds and a small kitchen which was very clean and in a excellent location Pillows and beds were too soft for my liking but that's a personal choice. Would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Salou.
