Nice, clean and central apartments. Lovely staff, bit noisy due to pub downstairs and no hairdryer etc, but can be rented from reception! Can be noisy in rooms with the hallway, but perfect for cheap and cheerful holiday in Salou ✨

La habitación y la terraza son amplias, las camas individuales y separadas.
Lo bueno: por la noche no se escuchan ruidos y la atención recibida fue buena. La fianza te la devuelven el mismo día.
Lo malo: el secador no funcionaba y si querías uno tenías que alquilarlo mínimo 3 días y pagar por ello y en la foto aparecía bañera y luego fue plato de ducha. La zona es difícil para aparcar y todo zona azul.

Los apartamentos están bastante bien, lo encontramos limpio y está bien ubicado. Las camas estan bien se puede decir que son comodas, si quieres cocinar tienes que comprar las cosas para después limpiar ( valleta, estropajo y jabon). Por lo demás todo bien, El personal que trabaja allí es muy amable.

La gente de recepción era muy amable. El único problema que nos hemos encontrado es que el frigorífico estaba muy deteriorado.

First of all this Hotel is basic very basic but if you go and stay there and expect basic you won’t be disappointed as the location is fantastic so close walking distance down the hill to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Apartments again are basic but clean spacious and have a lovely balcony overlooking the swimming pool. We liked it here because it’s very personal and small so with our young children we could watch them out the balcony when they were swimming and it was easy coming up and down the stairs to get food and drinks.. we have stayed here three times and would definitely love to come back. It’s an ideal base for somewhere clean and tidy to stay feeding the birds on the balcony were really cute and it’s so close to the beach can see it out of one of the balconies the staff on reception are so friendly we just went to the local supermarket picked up our food and there was plenty of storage space. Just don’t expect modern or luxury. It’s basic accommodation and that’s what you pay for cheap price. Good value for money will definitely return .

Myself and partner stayed here in October 2019 and enjoyed it so decided to come back for a few days this year with his mum. Things have definitely changed in them 5 years. We arrived at 1pm and was told we couldn't go in until 5pm unless we paid an extra €20 for each room but that was only if rooms had been cleaned which he said they hadn't so they stored our bags in a locked room for €1 each bag. We xame back at 5 had to pay €100 deposit for each room then tax for each person. Got to rooms we stayed in rooms 537 and 538 and videod both rooms as we went in as heard bad reviews about people not getting deposits back. Rooms were clean but no kettle, toaster or large towels only 4 small hand towels. Went to ask for kettle but wanted €9 to rent for 3 days so didn't bother so instead went to boil water on the hob but everytime switched hob on it kept bowing the fuse so went to report it and someone came to fix it within half an hour. Sorted TV out so had some English channels. Also got WiFi password from reception. You get one toilet roll then have to buy your own you can also buy a cleaning pack for €1.50. You have to take your rubbish out aswell which didn't mind. Didn't sleep on the beds as not very comfy we just pulled out the sofa beds and slept on there. Can't comment on food, bar or swimming pool as didn't use any. Make sure your room is clean when you leave and I also videos when we left. Deposit was back in my bank that night.

DO NOT STAY HERE FULL STOP I WAS MET BY THE RUDEST PERSON IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. AND I WAS GIVEN A DANGEROUS ROOM THAT THE ELECTRICS KEPT TRIPPING BY THE USE OF THE HOB AND THE GLASS IN THE PATIO DOOR DIDNT EVEN MEET THE SEAL I HAVE ALL EVIDENCE OF THIS ON VIDEOS AND PICTURES. DISGUSTED.

WORST HOTEL EVER. For anyone wanting to stay here I strongly advise to rethink on near by places. Whether the price is cheap or not. This hotel doesn’t understand good customer service goes a long way. Toilet not working, sink blocked, walls dirty, chipped tiles and damaged beds. NOT TO MENTION STAFF RUDENESS INCLUDING THE MANAGER.On top of all this come to check out at 10:20am so they charged €25 euros for late check out of 20 minutes and I was told my €100 deposit will be returned it’s now been 3 weeks nothing so I can call this hotel a SCAMMING BASTARD!!
