1301 nolu odada kaldım oda donanımı, yatak kalitesi ve temizliği çok iyi. Manzara muhteşem ancak odanın ön tarafından yoğun trafik arka tarafından ise klima ünitelerinin sesi rahatsız edici. Restaurant hizmet ve yemek kalitesi başarılı. Çatı katı havuz, bar ve muhteşem manzara sunuyor

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Samana Bay. The staff were welcoming and helpful without being overbearing. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing, I loved sitting at the bar and looking out on the ocean. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping which is convenient. They also serve breakfast in the morning which was nice to have on site. The parking is underground and has parking garage staff so I felt like my car was safe. The interior was beautiful and my room had everything I needed for a short stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will return again.

Very friendly and attentive staff, front desk Luany make check in and out easy they help us with tours and directions. Highly recommended this hotel.
Breakfast included and a bottle of wine.

Beautiful view of the bay from both the room and rooftop bar/pools.
All staff was extremely friendly and courteous and even though we do not speak Spanish very well, they were very patient with us.
Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.
Although restaurant was not busy, the meals we had were very well prepared, presented and extremely tasty.

While the hotel was very nice (beautiful lobby, restaurant and rooftop pool, the room was missing some 5 star amenities. The tile work in the shower was unfinished with an entire area ungrouted. There was no minibar. No spa treatments were available. The area next to the hotel was under construction. The staff was wonderful and friendly and the onsite underground parking was very convenient. The views from the balcony terrace and roof were AMAZING

First class service from all the staff members. Special thanks to Luis for the great service. The hotel has speechless views and plenty of restaurants around. The food at the hotel is pretty good with decent prices. The only thing I would suggest for them to work on is; the main lobby should have AC. There is no ventilation even though it is a beautiful lobby. Second; I would suggest to have scented the hotel in general. A fresh and nice hotel smell always makes a difference. Other than that, I highly recommended this hotel.
