We booked our stay for August 2023. My girlfriend and I were so excited because we had a fantastic deal and it looked like this was a solid option for exploring the island in an all-inclusive setting with good enough reviews. Upon first trying to register, we were met with an error page that said our reservation could not be processed. We tried again and were then met with another error message saying our reservation was already made. We took a screenshot and contacted the hotel in the morning, since we had made the reservation on a Sunday and the office wasn't open until then. Upon making contact, the representative told us that yes, our reservation was indeed in the system and we just had to pay to confirm. The problem? The promotion running the day before had "expired" so we had to pay the full amount the system was reporting that day.. an almost 250 dollar difference. Why should we have to pay for internal problems on the hotel's part? Our reservation was noted as valid the day of the promotion. Shouldn't we be treated with respect and have our initial agreement honored? This is probably one of the most disappointing customer service experiences we have gone through honestly. Would not recommend, as we can only imagine what hotel staff might be like once we are actually there.

Relaxing and staff was excellent. They could improve greatly in the snack area, but apart from that, a wonderful stay. Food was good with a good selection. Room was cool, quiet and comfortable. Shower has hot water. Close to the center, but not too close.

It was expensive and not worth the price. The wines were so bad it was undrinkable.

Satisfechos muy atento el personal del hotel excepto una señora q atiende en la recepción un poco desatents y bastante seria el día q llegamos la comida exquisita y variada muy limpio, la habitación inicialmente asignada olía humedad pero luego nos dieron solución y nos sorprendieron con una habitación muy hermosa las camas cómodas la vista al mar hermosa las piscinas muy limpias y la playa privada igual me encantó la su cercanía al centro lleno nuestras expectativas mi sugerencia es revisar el tema de algunas habitaciones con el olor a humedad y más eventos dentro del hotel esperamos volver pronto nos sentimos como en casa el hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable visita .febrero 2024 Sandra Páez

Lo bueno: Muy limpio el hotel. Habitaciones amplias. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a atender. Buenos cócteles y snacks. Comida variada y rica. Tiene su playita privada. Por mejorar: El hotel es pequeño, falta un lugar para los shows y que se programen actividades recreativas para los niños y familia en general.

Hotel extremamente mal cuidado, sem organização, com péssimo restaurante, péssimas acomodações e principalmente funcionários grosseiros e sem boa vontade alguma. Simplesmente uma experiência muito ruim, os ar condicionados n funcionam e a estrutura muito ruim de um modo geral.

Instalaciones desmejoradas. Atención poco amable por parte del personal y poca diligencia para solucionar peticiones. La alimentación muy condimentada y poco variable. No realizan actividades recreativas para adultos, ni shows nocturnos como en los demás Decamerón
