Great location, next to the beach

Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada.

This has been a hard one for us and we’ve been really trying to put it all together. We didn’t like having to sign a lot of paperwork upon check-in. Also, if you have lost your key or a towel, they charge you things get lost by mistakes. Sometimes the room was absolutely very nice management treats. Their employees awful. I saw more than once of them treating them terribly. We are accused of smoking. We both don’t smoke, so I think they wanted to charge us more money, so basically upon checking, we felt like we were entering the convent not a relaxing vacation. Also, there was no music by the pool. The manager lives on property and I overheard that it bothers him. I guess the guest don’t count. We really wanted to love this hotel, but we just couldn’t.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First the lady at the counter tried to charge me $2800.00 and when my card declined

A very negative experience. On our first day, there was a power outage that forced us all to evacuate. Waiting outside of the hotel, we almost missed our tour that day. That night, there was no electricity on our entire floor. They offered to take us to another hotel, but said they would only check availability at that moment. We decided to stay at the hotel and shower with cold water and sleep without light and heating. The worst part was that the hotel never took any responsibility for the problems. They kept leaving notifications saying that everything was due to circumstances beyond their control.

The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. The rooms were very spacious!

I booked 1 week for my fiancé and myself to celebrate our engagement. I work in the Middle East. Due to the war, all flights were cancelled and I was stuck here. I contacted the hotel one moth out to tell them my situation & to see if they would work with me. I provided proof from my employer that I am here and everything the hotel management asked for. They refused to give me a refund or credit. It wasn't a last minute cancelation. I gave them a 40 day notice of my situation.

The hotel is overrated. The room smelled damp, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the toilet seat was loose. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good, but they should make improvements to the details in the room.

We travelled as a family with two teens and had a bungalow. The room was poolside with a private patio, had a fridge and the kids had their own room with two beds and we had our own room. The hotel is right at the beach so you can go back and forth throughout the day. There is a rinse off shower when you enter from the beach which was super convenient. You can change your towels whenever needed. It was quiet and the buffet was large and really good! It is in a central location and close to so many good restaurants. I would recommend and would return.
