San Antonio Cruese port very near.
and shuttle taxi can , but about 10 USD.
Shopping mall is same buliding, and lot of food, and big Supermarket.

趕去南極的郵輪超級方便，從首都聖地亞哥乘大巴直達，走15分鐘即可到酒店，從酒店到郵輪碼頭步行不超15分鐘，酒店早餐不錯，全是海景房，房間看日落超美，樓下就是大超市，注意八點半就關門了。酒店歺廳不錯，雖然價格不便宜但是量大，二人點一份就可以了

Nice location for outdoor booths of shops and eateries and a small mall next door. We got the executive suite which was nice but was lacking more ceiling lights and table and chairs. No coffee/tea maker but had 2 complimentary bottle water.

The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Views are beautiful, food is delicious, service is wonderful.
Area is just ok but for a day before or after cruise it’s perfect.

The exterior of the building looks rather shabby. The interior and room are in excellent shape! Staff is pleasant and helpful.

Great fir one night before heading on a cruise ship
Pros
Price, location, shower with hot water, working air con, quiet and nice view from the rooms
Cons
Terrible internet, bed was a little too soft, restaurant was pricey with bar food.
For the price we would give this 7/10 but if internet is important to you I wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Great view, on harbour. Perfect for cruises. Breakfast not good - disorganised, running out of food, cutlery!

It was a very unpleasant stay our room had no air-conditioning and no Internet. It doesn’t make for a great holiday. there’s nothing to do around here you’re much better just stay in Santiago and just come here if you’re going on a cruise the day of the cruise or one day before. They do not care whether you have Internet or air-conditioning. It’s not their problem. Stay away find another hotel in Santiago. Just take a Uber here the day of the cruise. It’s a dirty, dirty city.
