They have no parking. They have valet that parks your car under the interstate bridge. There was a roach in our room. Could only get a few channels and when they checked it they were supposed to return as a follow up and didn't. Walls are very thin.

Everything was excellent, even though its a not so big hotel they take care of business, check in was super easy, very clean, valet guys were awesome!! Thumbs up 👍 👌 👏

When requested house keeping on second day of stay: house keeping failed to clean the room. The room should be deep cleaned, sweep/mopped.

Overall the room was good, it was clean and comfortable. The deposit should be listed as valet fee, since that’s the only parking and comes out of it.
The building isn’t super insulated since you can hear every single step your neighbors make, but for the price and the breakfast it was a great deal.

The room was great did not like the fact that there was not any parking at the hotel and had to pay $50 a night for parking. Will not stay there again!

The staff were friendly. The room smelled of previous pot smoking and there was an attempt to cover that up. In all fairness we were offered another room but were too tired to switch. Coffee was very weak. Beds were very comfortable. I don’t know why it is called a Hilton. It works for a nights rest. It is walking distance to the Alamo. But it is definitely a no frills hotel with the ambiance of a college dorm and there are better options. But again- nice staff and the valet service people were also very nice.

The hotel was Ok. Not to impressed. Good location. However, very noisy and the staff is definitely not going above and beyond to provide the best customer service.

Amazing place to stay!!! Room was excellent, location was good and staff was VERY courteous! This will be my new go to place in San Antonio!!!!
