Excellent place for a date great service at front desk especially management on site . Spa was perfect my wife loved it!

Enjoyed the stay, staff was very friendly. We had stayed here 2 years ago, hotel was under construction, we were very impressed by the new look.

It was in a good location. We had issues with housekeeping a couple of times with restocking of regular coffee & clean towels.

My partner and I had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel. Only cons is there’s no hotel parking other than valet service and also at the time there was only one out of three elevators working which was a little annoying. Check in time was literally 4pm which is in fact notated on your reservation, I just wish I could’ve checked in earlier. Great place I recommend to anyone !

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Contessa. Check in was a breeze and the restaurant was fabulous. Francisco at the restaurant was amazing, so accommodating and helpful with our 1 year old when he was getting a bit antsy, he reassured me that he was no problem and the hotel is family friendly and to please enjoy. The mariachi band in the evenings is soo fun and our little guy also loved it. Highly recommend this hotel!

We came to SA for a birthday weekend to see Seinfeld at the Majestic. First time staying at Contessa. Arrived at 4, was told they were overbooked & understaffed so no clean rooms available. We walked around for 2hrs & never got a text that our room was ready so finally went to front desk & she said they had a room available. Room was clean but toilet was not. 😐
Coffee maker didn’t work but no caffeinated pods anyway so walked to Westin next door & got SBUX. The Staff was very nice though.
Realize things happen, but wish they had made some effort -or at least comp’d the valet.

The suites were very large with separated living area from the bedroom. The room itself was very comfortable and in good condition. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the outdoor seating looking pleasant. The hotel has direct access to the Riverwalk trail which I used daily. This trail goes for miles and a great way to walk the city without feeling like you're in the heart of downtown.

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff were super nice and friendly. It is right on the riverwalk and in the center of the city so that was awesome to just walk around and go dinning or shopping.

Very clean and pretty. We loved everything about this hotel. The valet was quick!!! We had the BEST time. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. My boyfriend’s 50th was so special due to the sweet employees you guys have!
