COMPLETE GARBAGE. THIS PLACE IS BC ACTUAL LITERAL TRASH. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. THEY SUCK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS ASS.

Front desk staff was efficient, competent and especially courteous and welcoming.
Problem: toilet in our room was clogged and did not flush

Overall my stay was great only issue was the hot water in the bath didn’t get hot at all
But everything else was good

It was $15 for parking. Across the street was a bar restaurant that played loud music till late in the night. There were spiders in the rooms that but us at night. Then there was no breakfast at all. Also the flyers for the pizza restaurant that was left in room. That place made us all sick after eating it. Will never stay there again.

Had to move rooms because ther wher cocaraches in it moved 1 room no cleaning service for 5 days and front desk had an was not nice

This was our first time staying a whole weekend in San Antonio. We had a great time at the Riverwalk. Staying at the Hotel was the best choice I made. We didnt have any problems getting to our destinations. The hotel was clean, the property was clean. No problems at all. We will definately be staying again at the Red Roof Inn
