We were celebrating our grandson's 9th birthday. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were superb. We could not gave asked for more.

For $320. Per night - This Embassy Suites was Very Disappointing . It was missing the very basics inn the bathroom, very cheap presentation of products, we had to ask for towels, shower cap, cloth hangars the bed sheets on the King bed were very small… not the right size, when we got into the bed we could not get comfortable because of the way the sheets and bed spread were placed.
＞ We called the front desk and asked for a robe - we were told that “we are not that kind of hotel - we have none. A Hilton related Hotel? I am a Hilton Club member -
＞ We we’re told that because of COVID 19 that they were still on back order for sheets and that the Nee Mattresses did not fit the sheets they presently have.
The Coffee Maker did not work - and so much more .
I would rate this property a 3 out of 10.

I akways love how this hotel consistently provide excellent service to their customers keep it up! Never disappointed, very nice customer service . Excellent breakfast :)

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

Great spot close to downtown and the Riverwalk access…love breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon….hopefully next time I come all the construction will be done on the road….

There was trash left in the room when we arrived. Additionally, there were small cockroaches around the room walls, bathroom and on the ceiling.
