Vehicle was broken into. Seems like this is a regular thing at this hotel because my husband noticed broken glass a parking spot and decided to park elsewhere to no avail.The hotel and staff were nice and friendly but now im going to have to pay $$$ in damages to my vehicle.

The location is closed to a lot of stores. I chose it specifically because not only was the rate affordable, but also because it's closed to the airport. The facility smells so clean and good. Beds are comfortable and I love that the room came with microwave and fridge which was an A+ especially traveling with kids. The receptionist was super friendly, accommodating and hospitable. She made our stay feel so homey and comfortable. Her name is Brittany. This Hampton Inn and Suites is definitely recommendable.

There were a few little things I noticed about our room but they can be fixed, but overall our room smelled good, no cigarette smoke, our check in was delayed a little bit but Brittany at the front desk made everything very easy for us, and she was very kind! If we come back to visit San Antonio we will definitely have this hotel on our minds and recommend anyone to stay here.

I'm very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and the staff was amazingly friendly especially, Tracy, the front desk host. A delicious hot breakfast buffet was a special perk! Most definitely will visit again.

I liked the free breakfast. Hotel is very outdated. Showers look old and dirty. The beds are cheap spring beds, very uncomfortable.

The property was clean, staff was courteous. I had a great stay! Brittany was amazing, polite and helpful!

Rooms are clean. Staff was real helpful members that were standing. There were rude and took up majority of the tables with their families and didn’t have consideration of other people. Add says there was a hot tub, but there is no hot tub.

The price was very good for our two-night stay. Close to UTSA comfortable, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious! We will stay here again!
