Great hotel, with shuttle to airport and from. Near mall, room has a bag of popcorn and coffee machine. They have toothbrush and toothpaste on request and gave me a check in at 2pm.

The front desk person was really nice, and the lobby looked great, but that is where the fun ended. The elevators were clearly old and not maintained, there was blood splatter all over the floor outside the elevator on eighth floor, the hallways had lots of trash and other debris, clearly not ever vacuumed, there was tons of hair all over the shower walls, dirty silverware in the drawers and the rest of the place was just torn up! Oh and I was in a handicapped room and they placed the door plackard right in the way of the disabled level peep hole.
The bed was soft and clean, but I spent the whole night having nightmares about staying in a dirty hotel. All the photos are from my cell phone.
I think this place was probably a really old motel that someone bought and figured they would spend the very least about if time and effort, so shoddy work, and rebrand as something new. It’s not, just don’t do it.

The staff was very helpful. We got a free upgrade and had a full kitchen the full size fridge was great. We stayed for 2 day and enjoyed San Antonio. It was close to the Rodeo and The Market place

Would recommend this property, clean rooms and halls, soft beds and pillows and Dove brand toiletries which I love!!!

Loved the room, hate the shampoo and soap installed high on tub wall, not accessible for us bath takers, and then I saw a curly hair on the handrail:( otherwise so good…. Still recommend for families

Since the remodel, the hotel is much more welcoming and appealing. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect! Easy access to anything you might need or want to do.
