Had a pipe break at our house and needed some where to stay over night. With 2 teens and twins that are 1 I was stressed. I was able to book online and the staff was friendly when we arrived. The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The room was on the 3rd floor was able to park right out side the side door and get into the elevator super easy. Room was off to the side away from all the other rooms so that was nice. APAR**ENT had a full kitchen so was able to have dinner with the kids, help with homework and kids were able to show and watch both tvs before bed. Plenty ofnspace for belongings had a wonderful stay.

Building is excellent, but the housekeeping didn’t clean our room for the second day stay, we had to request clean towels and new toilet paper, no coffee, sugar etc

The trip was for my daughter’s birthday and there were seven of us in a two bedroom suite. It was very spacious and the kitchen was a plus with teenagers.

An excellent place to stay if you're from out of town and need to arrive the day before an early morning appoin**ent at the nearby medical complex.

When we came in we didn’t even have a shampoo in the room and we saw hair on the floor in the bathroom. Looked like no one cleaned there((( The hotel itself is really old.

No waffle maker??? Serious??? Waffle makers are a must if the kiddos are to be happy.
I also was charged a large deposit upon check-in, even though room was pre-paid and have not recieved it back. Front desk said i would recieve it as soon as I checked out. 4 days later i have not recieved it.
Room was very comfortable and quite.
