酒店工作人員不錯，很熱情專業。check in很快，也會問你想住什麼地方。 房間就和平常一樣，但是早餐還不錯，

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Feel safe at this hotel. Great shopping in close proximity. All staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed here 2 times in the last 3 months.

I checked in on 2/10/24, @3pm, the gentleman at the front desk was really kind and helpful. I told him the reason for my stay, and he gave me great advice on the restaurant I was going to that evening. I’m very appreciative to him, I wish I would’ve gotten his name, much thanks to him.

The hotel is a little older, and there’s quite a bit of wear and tear, but other than that it was great.

They didn’t have enough cocoa and you had to ask for it every time.
They didn’t have enough bagels either. On Sunday they didn’t have waffle dough nor bagels.
But the service was very good. The man was kind and friendly as well as the women at reception.

Didn’t get the two beds I paid for because ******* is third party and doesn’t guarantee you’ll get what you pay for. My shower had hair in it as well :(

Second time we've been here. Very pleasant place, well-kept, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and good variety, beds were comfortable, nice clean room. The only downside is we were near some sort of laundry or a/c/heat unit, and there was a constant noise in the bathroom (not really overly loud, though). We will likely be back, as it is conveniently located near family.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and fully stocked. Room was good and comfy. My only downfall was the gym. I wanted to use the treadmill but it wouldn't turn on, same with the elliptical. It also looked like it hadnt been cleaned up in awhile.
