The hotel was clean it was just I had problems with my first room toilet did not work but they change my room. To a better room

Can’t really complain by virtue of how relatively cheap the rooms were but even at that, the management really needs to renovate the entire building and take proper care of the surrounding aesthetics

The worst experience of my life. The owners and mangers are all into the scam game. They scam every single customers credit cards. They will find and excuse to lock u out and kick u off the property. The worst customer service ever but mainly it’s the stealing from the customers.

Reasonable price for a good size room. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I feel safe there with my family

We went to turn on a lamp beside the bed we saw the bulb was broken and still in the lamp.
When we turned on the light in the restroom all the cockroaches came out from everywhere!
It was bad.

Walked into the room and there were roaches everywhere. The room smelled and it was dirty. The bathroom mirror had hand prints on the mirror you can tell they don’t get cleaned properly and or don’t get cleaned at all.

Very low prices so, you get what you pay for. Multiple roaches in the room, broken cabinets, broken door so we had to prop a chair up to close it all the way. Staff was friendly but not helpful.

This property should be disinfected and sanitized. Rooms reek of mold and there’s bedbugs.

There were roaches in the room. The toilet and bathtub were stained. There was no hot water in the shower. The cabinet door in the kitchen was hanging off.
