The staff was friendly the room was clean the location. It was a lot of dining, quiet, and peaceful.

I arrived at check in time and I was tryingbto be convinced to come back in 30 mins as a room wasn't ready for me! I told them to me a discount as ******* said nothing was wrong with rooms..They found another King room available all of a sudden! My room is nice...

Gave my family a dirty room with pee stains in the bed sheets and also knew the previous renters had smoked in the non smoking room. Over booked rooms with limited parking outside.

Run down, stuffy, and paper thin walls. Had to unscrew ceiling light so we could charge our phones. Switch the light off=outlets off, too. Shady environment overall.

It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. Staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely staying here next time I’m in town

It was cool but the room we got the shower didn't get hot then the did switch out the room but that shower had mold and paint chipping all I can say is maintenance for the bathroom please other than that it was Good

I booked this hotel to visit my son at Air force base in Lackland TX,. And also to use the pool. The facility didn't have the pool working. And my room had a water leak in the bathroom that wasn't even look at. I was told that someone would come to my room and never did. They offered to move me to the 2nd floor. Apparently this hotel is a smoke free facility. But the 2nd floor completely contrary to what is the policy in place. It was worse than the first floor where I was in. So I decided to stay put in my room that I was assigned hoping that one of the days I was booked for They would come and fix my room!! The room wasn't as described on the website. But I learned that this facility definitely will not be in my future reservations. They didn't even offer me a future accommodation. So hopefully someone get to read this and rethink before proceeding with booking this Hotel.

This was a low cost solution for a business trip stay. The rooms are okay and clean. The front desk staff doesn't interact with people well.
