優點：位置很方便，酒店對面的自費停車，一天10刀，便宜好用。衞生間乾淨。
缺點：房間裝修有些老舊，衞生間很小。攜程上看到説有室內泳池，其實並沒有。空調非常老舊，夜裡開了空調，像有拖拉機一樣！不知道是所有房間都這樣，還是衹有我們。感覺同樣價錢可以找到更新的酒店。
特別表揚攜程的服務，當時早晨去吃飯，發現酒店沒有同步我的訂單，房間沒有含早。當時國內時間已經晚上10點了，攜程工作人員很快查詢到問題，幫我們解決了。

Customer experience was Excellent! We came to town to see a show and the staff accommodated us by allowing us to get into the Hotel room early, so we could make our show before regular check in. They also answered questions for us, since we were visiting from another city. This is a beautiful hotel property with rich history. My wife and I had a great time! I would highly recommend it as it is in the heart of downtown San Antonio near shops, food, entertainment, etc. You can Valet park and walk to all the local entertainment spots close to the hotel. This Hotel is a hidden gem.

The Bathroom was to small. The safe did not work. Called Maintaince nor engineering could get it fixed. I asked for my points to be put into my account but they stated that they could not due to internet issues.

Valet & check-in was pleasant. Housekeeping congenial in the hallway. BUT super uncomfortable mattresses….peeling paint all over our room, corners in bathroom had hair/gunk caked in them. Bald spots in hallway carpet, ice machine out of order. Not going to complain about noisy pipes/tricky shower because it is an OLD building….but mattresses and paint are things that should be comfortable and kept up.

Towels felt like sand paper…I mean use do fabric softener or something

Just a fantastic staff who was very welcoming. The room we stayed in was huge and comfy. Room service was great! Nice and quiet with great amenities.

Staff is always so helpful -even when I am not a guest. And you can walk anywhere downtown and take public transportation anywhere in the city. The hotel has a great musical history that relates to the great blues legend, Robert Johnson and many other great music from the 30’s.
