Hotel was great, room was spotless and well appointed. Restaurant was "ok" but not much of a selection for food choices. Bar was very good, drinks were spot on and bartender was attentive. I would recommend the hotel, but would suggest going somewhere else for dinner.

Gave it a 4 star because the room was clean, valet and front desk were great. The only negative thing about this trip was that I paid extra for a “river view” and in fact did not receive that room but a “street view”. We had a 5 hour drive with a toddler so we didn’t mention it because it wasn’t worth the hassle with an already grumpy toddler. It was just disappointing. The hotel however was clean and near the places we visited so that was great.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I dined in the bar and the empanadas and provoleta were delicious. Loved the look of the hotel down to the beautiful retro looking phones. Great location right on the riverwalk! Highly recommend!

Awesome except the fridge and iron did not work. Drinking the mini fridge were hot. Staff brought us another fridge and and iron that worked

Wonderful experience, tip notch facility, staff is amazing, the entire facility was extremely well kept.

Our stay at the Valencia was beyond our expectations. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the property is close to Riverwalk. Most importantly, the staff were amazing! Friendly, attentive, and gracious. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I should also add the Valencia is a short walk to the Majestic Theatre and several nice restaurants. Lovely establishment; you won't be disappointed.

Great location to walk onto the riverwalk, the Alamo and market square. Hotel has very nice common areas, elevator wait time was good. Bathroom water pressure was amazing. Bathroom amenities were included. Bed was too soft for me and the room decor gave off monastery vibes.

Nice rioms, especially with a balcony to the courtyard. Great Mexican restaurant next door, several coffee shops in close walking distance.
