Good, except for super loud fire alarm that went off bc it wasn’t reset correctly. Almost blew out my ear drums. Other than that, the hotel is lovely!

Nice location, central to downtown and the Pearl. Love that Bourbon St Restaurant is connected. My room did not have hot water.

Courteous, informed, and efficient people at the front desk and in the restaurant. Especially, Ms. Alexis in the restaurant, who was very professional and helpful.

Beautiful property right on the RiverWalk, friendly and personable front desk staff, new updates and renovations and superb use of ambient lightning in the room.

It was overpriced for the condition of the hotel. Renovations were going on and I was not able to get the suite I reserved and paid for.

This hotel is very quiet and clean and is a very good place to stay. The food from the restaurant is top notch. However, yes you are getting a hotel that is technically on the river walk but it is not the section of the river walk that is not at the center of all the action. The flip side of that is you can have s section of the river walk that is quiet and not crowded. Another thing is you would think for the amount of money you are paying per night that you would get breakfast included but this is not the case. And I don't know if this is standard in all rooms but mine did not have a microwave. All in all I did enjoy my stay here and would stay here again but it would not be my first choice.

Front desk guy was super nice! Hotel rooms were super clean and I love the back patio. Even though it was cold I still got in the pool which was super clean. I really had a great experience and I hope to come back in December ❤️
