Lisa - Review house-keeping routine/policy, currently room service is every 3-days and this does not work for our stay. We were there 4-days and on day 3 room wasn't cleaned. Bathroom doesn't have a fan so moisture stays in the room too long as hanging towels over shower bar didn't dry out towels and this cause mildew smell. Trash cans only had 1 plastic liner. Went to check-in counter and requested clean and the next day didn't arrive so i saw the room cleaner with her cart and got fresh towels. On arrival the room had only 3 fresh towels in the bathroom which should have been 4
Suggestion of Improvements
1 - Complete Room service every 2 days
2 - Automatically deliver fresh towels daily as the air is very humid
3 - Trash cans to have multiple plastic liners inside so when trash is removed then there is another one ready to be used, this will keep trash cans cleaner
4 - Review number of occupants and have sufficient fresh towels in the room, 2 people equal 4 towels.
5 - Add bathroom evacuation fan so that moisture from a hot shower will be removed quickly

Clean room comfortable beds and a nice staff. The hotel is nicely located if you need to go to the hospital.

We've stayed here before and were on the 8th floor. Seems that was a newer section. This time, I think we got an older part of the hotel. Kinda worn, and tub needled attention. Hallway, worn. Elevator not super clean. Staff ok. Near Medical center which was very convenient this trip. Did not have breakfast this time but looked ok when we were getting coffee. Honestly, it was ok. Not superb or outstanding. Location for us was the main concern. Rooms were a good size but bed, hard as a rock. I am used to a pillow top so probably take that into consideration.

Older property, chipped tub, had mattress. Never cleaned the room the 4 nights I was there. Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location. Probably worth the price if they had cleaned it at least once.

Pleasantly surprised by the overall good condition of the hotel and its amenities, including the breakfast, hot tub/small pool and ok gym. Mamacita’s next door is a good restaurant with excellent food. My only gripe is that the hotel is not downtown, but it’s a 10-15 minute Uber ride. I learned really quick that Texas is a driving state, so I was happy to find an Enterprise less than a mile away from the hotel that offered a good rate. Overall, really nice hotel.

It is a nice hotel to spend some days while you are on vacations, it is very quiet and comfortable.
