Latest of many stays at this usually outstanding property. Despite a reservation made several months in advance and an arrival time the hotel staff asked for earlier in the week of arrival, we were unable to secure our room for more than an hour after attempting to check in. The reception clerk was pleasant and clearly wanted to assist, and offered a $60 food and beverage credit ( which wasn’t given as of the final bill) but was unable to give us the room we had reserved. After the hour wait, and still no room, I complained rather forcefully, and another clerk located an accessible room with the configuration we had reserved. A rare misstep for Emma, but when one pays over $700 per night, it isn’t acceptable. The stay was otherwise uneventful.

Great hotel, nice staff, superb location. Dined at Super for lunch/breakfast (twice) and dinner. Cocktails at bar. Used gym. All services and staff were excellent, will be back.

Wonderful but very expensive! Great food, staff. Ticketing for Rio boat trip was confusing And overly confusing…ended up being charged for 6 tickets, not the 2 we needed….🤬

I had an incredible experience at the Hotel Emma. The entire staff was exceptional and the service was top notch. I was there for a conference but would definitely come back for pleasure!

Hotel Emma always goes above the normal expectations. Saying hello. Turndown service. They appreciate and reward you for being loyal. It’s a special place. Pricey but I’m worth it 😉

Staying in the Pearl District at Hotel Emma is a luxury and real treat. From the cool surroundings to the wonderful smells to the friendly staff ... You cannot beat this get away hotel!

Visited this place often, but decided to book a room. Everything about this spot is extraordinary. However, I did not know that my room could hear everything from the next door room. I'm sure they heard everything from my room during the evening, too.
