The hotel was an historical landmark to stay. Enjoyed the upgraded given, but still kept the rustc look. If visiting the city again would stay & hopefully most of the construction would be completed.

The hotel was nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly. There is a lot of construction right outside the hotel.

Streets nearby currently under construction. Would have appreciated advance instructions. But staff was accommodating to help us figure out how to access property.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Small staff so it can be difficult to reach front desk. Did not have hot water for the entirety of my stay. Was told I would be compensated and never was. If the service to manage that situation were better I would stay again.

I liked the key entry doors, the food at Nonnas was incredible! The concierge were exceptional!

Street construction going on in front of the hotel, the noise level is horrible all day with heavy machinery and loud noises, the hotel staff is friendly and the room was very nice but I would not stay here again until the finish the road construction

The Fairmount hotel was great. We enjoyed the location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and uniquely decorated. The River Walk, Alamo, Tower of the Americas, and many great restaurants were all within easy walking distance.

We had wonderful experience, Hotel management is so polite. Loving and helpful.
The best Part is, there is only 3 mints walk to river walk, anyone can go any time to enjoy weather.
Even all attractions were so closed.
