The room was a little small and not much for storage your bags, other than that it was ok

Property was clean, quiet & staff was friendly. Easy check-in/out. Plenty of parking and within walking distance for shopping & restaurants.

Well when I showed up to check into my room the lady behind the counter told me that someone else had checked into my room and said that the person before her had checked them in but it was her because she only looked at the last name and not the first name. She lied again i needed to call the people who I booked the room to figure out where the mix up was the other gentleman came back down stairs and said i ordered a room with two queen beds not a king then she realized she had made a mistake but never apologized for her mistake .

The only bad thing is the loud music they play late at night and morning by the pool! And don’t stay on level one because you can hear everything. Also the beds are awful. But clean, efficent, cheap hotel with free breakfast for a quick stay.

My child and I stayed in this hotel from November 21-23 to celebrate my childs birthday. There is/was an issue with our room which I told staff on 3 separate occasions and nothing was done and no compensation was offered or given. The wiring is crossed so half of our lights and the air/heat did not work unless the door way light is on( staff confirmed this). This is a problem when I am trying to get my severely disabled child to sleep..Manager was never available i was given his card and told to email. It took 5 days for a response which was " room is fine thabks for staying" both the situation and response from the Manager was very disappointing

Wonderful! We will stay at Tru again. Very clean, friendly staff and very quiet..only thing that could improve a little is breakfast. It was just ok. But overall wonderful stay.

Excellent location. Close to six flags, shopping, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is a plus!
