Nice place. Access to ****** restricted. WiFi quality consistently poor.

Try to avoid the hotel! Place of hell! Nice people, but mousetrap! All automated! You can’t open windows, Someone (devil?) tries to test your capacity to suffer with climatisation , which is not working properly. But your power of endurance is gratified by a decent breakfast

Was a ****** hotel. Didn't use the ****** but the restaurant was ok and the foods were tasty. Spa looks good just couldn't get a reservation as there were no service after 6pm. Some receptionists need to improve their English however they all were helpful and kind to guests.

We enjoyed staying here, a 1 night stopover on the way to Santiago, and world stay again if in the area. Room great, clean, good air con, good shower and a nice touch with a free welcome drink. Breakfast adequate and nice big car park. Points we felt a bit let down on were, a mess up with our keycard which they said they corrected but the new card wouldn’t work in the lift repeatedly and we were unnecessarily being asked to use the staff lift and then still notable to enter our room meaning we had to go back to reception etc - no real apology. We would have forgiven, these things happen, but then when requesting milk for our tea/coffee (machine in room) we were told we had to pay, and also we couldn’t take it upstairs ourselves, we had to wait for it to be delivered. This seemed inefficient and penny pinching. Breakfast service also a bit clunky with having to point at buffet rather than helping ourselves or ordering from table. Queues built up. Covid is reason but staff put their hands all over glasses, cutlery and food they served anyway ….

Nos sorprendió lo espaciosas y cómodas que son las habitaciones superiores, perfectas para un buen descanso, el sector Spa súper recomendable también para ir con los niños. En síntesis un hotel con excelente atención, muy bonito y bien ubicado para pasar por Chillán.

Das MDS liegt an der Peripherie, ist somit sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Probleme mit Parkplätzen kann es hier eigentlich nicht geben.. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind komfortabel. Lediglich mit den riesigen Kopfkissen kam ich nicht so gut klar. Mit den eingebautenm Klimagerät kann man nur kühlen, zumindest war es so eingestellt. Das war im Januar ja in Ordnung, im April dagegen nicht. Obendrein wurde es bei der Reinigung meistens eingeschaltet, so dass man abends in ein eiskaltes Zimmer kam. WiFi geht nicht immer gut. Frühstück und Restaurant fand ich gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, immer frisches Obst und auch leckeres Gebäck. Fleischgerichte können sie nicht so gut, das Ceviche dagegen ist ausgezeichnet. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier.

Estuvimos en el hotel el día 20 de mayo con mi esposa para celebrar nuestro aniversario N° 30 de matrimonio, reservamos una suite. La estadía fue muy agradable, el equipo del hotel nos brindó una excelente atención y nos enviaron un espumante y una tarjeta de cortesía por nuestro aniversario, lo que nos sorprendió gratamente. El hotel es muy bonito y nuestra habitación con tina de hidromasaje fue una gran experiencia. Sólo puedo decir que con mi esposa quedamos encantados con este gran hotel y su equipo de colaboradores.
