Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso com todas comodidades. Café da manhã delicioso porém pago a parte.

The hotel was very nice but the best part was the people who worked there. They were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the location.
I didnt like that it had no air conditioning, and opening the window at night was not an option because there is a lot of noise outside

This is a great hotel in the very beautiful Bariloche. You can walk from the hotel to the entire town. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast was great. I recommend it!

The water of the pool was cold , impossible to enjoy.
Breakfast buffet very good.
Servers very attentive
Bar closed for 2 days
Massage from Elizabeht very good.
Karen server excellent service, Thomas too.
Maids very good.
Gym has the basic.
Good experience at all.

The property is under renovation so only 1st & 2nd floors are available with limited view. Pictures do not accurately reflect the property condition. Listed as 4 star luxury property and more like an old Holiday Inn. The pool is not as nice as the photo reflects. The staff was wonderful !

The Edelweiss Hotel is conveniently located in Bariloche, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. A special thank you to Eilin who so very efficiently retrieved my forgotten cell phone in the bathroom and sent a chofer to the airport right before boarding!!!
