Good location plenty to do around the property, parking was not the greatest but was close to the freeway.

The property in general is worn. And things in my room were broken. Like the toilet, dresser drawers, the screen was torn, the towels were terrible....but the bed was comfy ....

Bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning, and there is a odd odor in the hallways.

Great location, walkable and close to airport. Good value for access to Little Italy will consider for future San Diego arrival or departure.

We were able to walk to great restaurants, to Balboa Park, and to the cruise ship terminal.

Picked the wrong hotel for I was confused so don’t blame them for that. But no washcloths or towels. No cable. Window wouldn’t completely shut. And there were ROACHES. Luckily , only a few in the bathroom and I chased them back into the wall but the hotel went from disappointment to a disaster. Staff was nice at desk, it’s only savior. It was during a medical conference so price was higher than usual. Once I saw the regular price, u knew I picked a bad spot. I almost left on day 3 for can’t deal with bugs, but I stuck with it. Do not recommend unless they fix their roach problem.

The customer service was great. Owners need to take pride in maintenance and preventative maintenance. Mildew smell on 1st level, broken towel bar, and tub caulking is bad. Other than that front desk agents were great and so was housekeeping.
