The self-parking is $47 every day, rediculously high. There is no blanket cover, only loose sheet, which is very easy to be kicked off by kids. The room service is by request only.

Nice hotel, beautiful view, very comfortable, staffs are very polite. Recommend this hotel and we will be back next time

Unfortunately, the guests above me were up all night. I had a 7 a.m. flight, and it looked like there was a bachelorette party or wedding reception at the hotel. Some of those attendees were in the room above me. They were up until 4 in the morning making noise. I really like the hotel and location, I travel through San Diego frequently, and the hotel experience there has been great. Guess I picked the wrong night.

The hotel was nice as far as the lobby, pool it had a nice view to the marina but the rooms were extremely small we were on the 9th floor carpets were ripped and stained, no fan in the bathroom parking was 40 dollars per night, also they charge you for a resort fee and 200 dollars damage deposit which we thought it was ridiculous that is a hotel not a resort!! Fort the parking we had no other choice no were else to park for the amount of money they charge we were truly disappointed.

酒店前台服務員態度極差，面對我一家四口Check in 時，表現得極不耐煩，在我面掟房咭。酒店樓高12層，客房樓層由4樓至12樓，而我預訂係高層房，佢最初俾左4樓我，我同佢講話我哋訂左高層房，幾經交涉後，佢哋安排左6樓房間。
房間設施殘舊，一開門竟然有一把用過嘅膠刀喺地下，房間座地燈唔著，諗住打去前枱叫人維修，無人接聽，再直接到前枱叫佢安排人維修，結果，到我check out 都無安排過人黎維修。
最後同酒店方面投訴，佢哋話會退返USD50入信用咭作補償，但過左兩星期後仲未收到。再email 俾酒店，佢哋回覆話無任何紀錄話會退USD50，要求我提供職員姓名，可惜我當時無抄低。
極不推介此酒店，價錢與服務不成正比。

酒店環境非常好而且很大 入住甚至提供了酒店地圖..泳池離海邊很近 去機場來回的穿梭巴士也很多 就是房間衞生一般般..

一家非常不錯的酒店，雖然不在聖地亞哥市中心，但是距離也不遠，而且擁有非常棒的海港景色，酒店的户外休閑區感受很好，圍着篝火小酌聊天十分愜意。停車也方便。
