The hotel is now being used to provide shelter for new immigrants and these guests are unfairly treated. The California State pays this hotel to provide shelter to these guests, however the treatment that they receive is far from "guest like". Staff opens guests' packages and removes any medications and any items at their own discretion. I sent a package for a friend who was staying at the hotel and because the package arrived 1 day after the guest was gone, package was opened and items were distributed among the staff, instead of returning the package to the sender. It is illegal to open any packages addressed to another person. I spoke with one of the members of the staff: Mary Toscano and she said, and I quote "items from the package were discarded". No other hotel does this to my knowledge. These actions are unfair and even illegal.

It was an amazing stay the service was brilliant and the resort was really good. The views were really pleasing to see I really enjoyed my holiday with Side Crown Sunshine I will be coming back again for sure!

Нет тв в номере, написано, что есть. Холодно, сплит плох работает, находились в уличной одежде. Грязные занавески, паутина везде. Из плюсов - если номер смотрит во внутренний двор - то может быть там будет красивый вид на деревья.

Hice mi reservación a este hotel por medio de despegar y me encontré con la sorpresa al llegar al hotel de que no me permitieron el acceso a pesar de que mostré mi reservación pagada con el argumento de que el hotel estaba lleno de enfermos de COVID, Se me hizo muy raro que entraron personas en un carro como si nada era bastante tarde cerca de las 12 de la noche por lo que yo me desesperé y les pedí a alguien que me hablara español para poderles explicar que yo tenía mi reserva lo que hicieron fue hablarle a la policía porque sintieron que yo estaba haciendo agresiva Seguí pidiendo mi derecho de turista y solicité a alguien que hablar español por fin un policía me atendió y le dije que como era posible que me dejaran en medio de la nada y ya él me explicó que ellos no podían hacer nada pero no me permitieron acceso al hotel y me buscaron solución tuve que hablar a despegar al siguiente día y esa noche tuve que andar buscando yo donde quedarme Muy mal por despegar y muy mal por el hotel por no dar solución a los clientes a un comprobando que lo tenemos pagado
