There were no towels in the room so that we went to Hotel Stratford and asked for towels several times. But we didn't get any towels from housemaids. Eventually we needed to bring the towels by ourselves from Hotel Stratforrd. The room is tiny and you can barely open your suitcases if you are two persons. Highly not recommended.

地理位置相當好，從Powell St.地鐵站出來走路5分鐘即到。如果你衹是想要便宜實惠的酒店，這是個選擇。衞生條件OK。這裏沒有前台，Check in要去附近另一家酒店，這是稍微不方便之處。

Muito bem localizado o Hotel. Uma pena que no nosso quarto não tinha banheiro, mas no geral a acomodação atende muito bem.

I used the facility during JPM event. Premium location and great price compared to other hotels for the event . I wasn’t expecting a daily housekeeping. I brought my extra towels. Room clean . Check in/out in their sister hotel Stratford

The hotel room itself was functional. But the room lacked heat during a time when the weather was colder. There is a single old steam furnace in the room that is supposed to provide heating that did not work at all. Additionally, the tun was very slow to drain water, so taking a shower in the tub meant standing in a pool of soapy shower water.

The Bartlett was an excellent place to stay for one night. The location was perfect, being right near Union Square with lots of dining and shopping options. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed using the bathtub! It was great value.

Very clean! Fresh and Clean towels, blow dryer was available upon request, clean sheets and bedding! Felt very safe, requiring key card entrance at the door and elevator. Window was single pane, but nice breeze through the window. Not quiet, but that’s the neighborhood we’re in. Need to check-in around the corner at Hotel Stratford. Otherwise, wonderful stay! Will stay again!

The rooms don't have A/C. This is something to watch out for. The walls are paper thin being this is an old establishment. The bathroom shower water pressure is also dismal
