The hotel is ok clean, but the service is very poor. I arrived around 5pm and the room I was as assigned was not clean so they cleaned it and it took and extra 30 minutes. I had to stay a second night and made arrangement at front desk. Had to leave and came back late at night. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the bed made, and there was no soap or coffee. I went to the front desk and I was given two bags of coffee. This morning around 9am the cleaning crew know Jen and opened the door while I was still sleeping. Now they seemed busy to do cleaning. I have to stay an extra two days in San Francisco so I packed up my things and went to a different hotel.

The room was so cozy and perfect for my sister and I for our weekend trip, thank you to the front desk man who was so nice and patient with us!

The hotel was so cute and quaint. The room was clean with lots of room and the lobby offered cucumber water, coffee, and tea. I enjoyed my stay at the Nob Hill Hotel very much!

It's in the perfect walking distance from all my errands. They also put me in contact with an indoor parking garage were my car was stored and safe while my stay.

Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because there’s no overnight parking offered & room was slightly small. Other than that the hotel was very clean & remodeled. Location was also nice as the markets & some bars were walking distance. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Really nice stay. Looks exactly like the photos, newly renovated. Comfortable, affordable and extremely clean. Highly recommend!

It was good enough to sleep for a last minute option but I didn’t feel clean enough to take a shower. You could smell the mildew in the drain.
Hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine, dirty utensils found in between bed and night stand.
The bed didn’t have any bed bugs but the top sheet was dirty. I just took it off and slept in a hoodie and long pants.
It’s an old building that they redid and updated. Definitely a historic spot but there is a homeless shelter around the corner so just be mindful of your surroundings. I did not feel unsafe.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very nice. There was a parking garage a short walk away and the hotel provides a discount for it which was greatly appreciated. Definitely be aware that the neighborhood surrounding it isn’t the greatest, but so long as you know where you’re going you’ll be fine.
