I stayed at that place for one night with a group of seven people. A few weeks prior to our stay, they had already created a WhatsApp group and provided me with all the necessary information. As the date approached, they asked if we would like to arrange dinner. I made a reservation for 7 o'clock, but on the day itself, we couldn't make it on time and had to cancel. However, they kept our booking in case we arrived early and were concerned that we might get hungry on our way there. After 10 p.m., we were certain that we couldn't make it to dinner. They even offered us some snacks in case we had nowhere else to eat. When we finally arrived at midnight, they had left me all the check-in information in WhatsApp, as if they weren't expecting many staff members to be at the reception. The staff were incredibly considerate, lovely, polite, and helpful. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced, even compared to the many five-star hotels I have stayed at during my travels. The next morning, I asked for assistance in arranging a wine tasting at a vineyard. They went above and beyond, making calls to at least three vineyards and even sending emails when they couldn't reach them by phone. Even after we checked out, they followed up with an email and informed me that there was feedback from the vineyard. Their service exceeded my expectations. I feel compelled to write this to show my appreciation for the hotel team and the excellent customer service they provided. I also want to mention that I booked directly with the hotel and got the best rate available.
