Lovely hotel with a unique spot at edge of nature walk. The junior suite was roomy and kept beautifully clean and hygienic with daily cleaning and lovely towel change. Pool area busy as school holidays. For us the naturewalk to the quiet end of the beach is worth while. Reception staff helpful and all staff professional. Great stay.

Upon arrival we were told that our room was not yet available so had to wait an hour, this wasn’t really a problem. After lugging our cases up 3 flights of stairs as the lift was out of order we found that the room was not the superior room that we had paid for. There wasn’t a kettle, proper shower, air con didn’t seem to work and the complimentary water everyone else had got was not there. We told reception about this and were told that the room was superior, this was not correct as the superior rooms have showers only, ours had a bath/shower. Long story short we eventually got moved to a superior room but there was minimal self catering facilities, no cooker or sink so we had to wash the pots in the bathroom sink. We took this as it was the only option available. As there is nothing around the hotel we really struggled at lunchtimes. Location- a good 20 minute walk to Son Bou which was fine for us, there is a bus that you can book but it’s a bit of a free for all when you try to get on at your designated time. Hotel grounds are lovely with great views WIFI- shocking, next to useless Air conditioning- not great, better in the newer rooms Breakfast- lovely buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Pastries, cereal, cooked breakfast, juice, tea, coffee Evenings- only one bar open, the piano bar is permanently closed. Not enough chairs, we had to sit on the steps a couple of nights. The bar closes at 10.30pm Pool- lovely clean pools, great for kids. The first few days we could get a sun lounger at 9am easily but as the hotel filled up it was the usual 6am towels down scenario so some extra beds would be beneficial. Flies- lots of flies, never had this before in Menorca. There were a nightmare when eating, lots of people moving tables to avoid them but they were literally everywhere. One of the locals said that it was unusual that there were so many. In all we had a lovely holiday there was just a few little things that would put us off staying here again.

Had a lovely return stay here, normally have come in September so wasn’t expecting the very windy weather but apparently it’s normal, the resort doesn’t really open up until the end of May but still had a relaxing time. Staff are excellent and couldn’t be any more helpful. Our room was excellent in block 4 with huge bed very clean and smelt lovely after each visit from the cleaner. We had emailed before arrival to request this block and think they pulled out all the stops as we were the only guests staying in it for a few days and they were doing renovations on the block next to ours. A lot of renovations are being done but not inconvenienced by any noise. The only ****** was some of the food in the restaurant could be a bit cold as the heat lamp didn’t seem to cover it all, but food cooked to order and the soups were lovely.

Absolutely stunning! Staff were lovely! Room/apartment was amazing! Views were stunning! Pools were lovely! Food was great! 100% will be returning! I cannot fault this beautiful place, it were perfect for a solo traveller mini break in the sun.

The staff were friendly, the vibe was immaculate, weather was stunning, food was self serving and amazing such a great variety of meat, fruit, veg , pastries and puddings, the rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable, the pools are very pretty and relaxing, lots of stray cats and chickens wandering about the car park and street so just bear that in mind if you are not comfortable around animals but they rarely enter the hotel and are very friendly, overall and amazing place would definitely go back!!!

My partner and I had a lovely weeks stay at the end of September. Hotel is beautiful. We opted for a superior room on a high floor and whilst I could not fault the room I was disappointed in its location, 1st floor (in my book not a high floor) and over looking the restaurant terrace. The hotel was quiet being late September so there were plenty of sun beds. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner were lovely. Plenty of choice and on an evening most of the meat/fish cooked to order which was nice. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and it takes about 20 mins to walk in to Son Bou centre. Most of it flat but there is an incline on the way back. If mobility not great can see this might be a struggle. We had a hire car for the week which we collected at the airport, large car park on the side of the hotel, which is free. Overall a lovely week in a great hotel, don’t hesitate to book I would return!!!

My wife and I had a lovely two-week holiday at HG Jardin de Menorca. Everything about our trip was perfect (hats off to Jet2 Holidays too). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke good English and tolerated my attempts at speaking Spanish. Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the hotel, including our room and even the pool area. We stayed in a Superior Junior Suite, room 2A101. It had everything that we could need, including UK TV channels (sometimes there was some flickering but nothing to get fussed about), hob, fridge, microwave etc. The room was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. Loads of hanging space and room for all your stuff. It was cleaned every day, including new towels. The shower was great, tons of hot water and great pressure. We had a good view over the pool area, and sometimes sat there just watching the world go by. The grounds were immaculate with grass areas all round the pool and lovely palm trees everywhere. The pool area was well laid out with lots of loungers and parasols. There was a lifeguard on duty all day, every day too. We stayed B/B and the breakfast was superb. A good mix of cereals, all sorts of breads (including a toaster), hams, cheeses, jams and coffee machines. Also a great range of hot stuff including a chef making eggs and bacon dishes. We ate at the hotel bar area (just next to the pool) a few times. It was great, with a mix of salads, burgers and local dishes. Everything we had was well presented and reasonable value. We had thunderstorms on a couple of days so we made use of the Fitness Room – a treadmill, stepper, cycle with multigym and free weights – everything you could need. We used the free local shuttle minibus a few times too: down and back to the beach area in Son Bou. We always booked to make sure we got a seat, and everything worked well. There is a well-stocked supermarket within the hotel complex and we found everything that we needed. Overall, we had a great time at the hotel. We would definitely go back: we couldn’t fault it at all.
