Very clean. Staff are so nice and helpful.Location is close to San Jose del Cabo Art District. Very nice area. A lot of restaurants around the area.

This hotel was really beautiful. The grounds were nice, and the room spacious, and lovely. The layout with a small kitchen was awesome. The staff were wonderful as well. The room we had was tucked in the back and quite peaceful at night, tough to find in the cities! The rooftop pool area was large and the pool nice and warm. The only complaint is the music on the rooftop was terrible, not only that the loop
Is small so it’s the same awful 90s covers over and over. If they threw on an 80s, Mexican, or classical station it would be way better.

Super Clean, Stylish and Excellent Service!
This hotel is a real gem. It was so clean and well appointed, and the staff provided excellent service! The location is perfect for enjoying the historic center of San José. We walked to many great restaurants, and really enjoyed the Thursday evening art walk less than one block from the hotel.
We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Jorge and Victor!

What can I say other than excellent!! We loved our stay here! Staff was amazing, the location is close to everything, and the hotel is beautiful.

Great stay in every way. The facility is brand new and everything is high quality. Rooftop infinity pool was very nice. Restaurant served excellent food. Service was consistently great.

This place is really nice , friendly staff, room very clean and bed super comfy! Walking distance to Centro excellent location !
The only thing I could say is that the coffee in the room should be free 😞

The hotel is new and has several things that are falling apart. Washroom door didn't close properly, ventilation was not working, door stops got loose and broken, the tiny elevator is shared with the service personel, no restaurant service at the roof top where is the pool

Fantastic new building, great location, helpful staff. The elevators are very small, and the windows do not block sound so whatever is going on outside you will hear inside. I would not recommend it for families, but mainly because the rooftop pool is so fabulous and it would not be as relaxing with a bunch of kids running around screaming and splashing. Maybe save this hotel for when you have a sitter for the weekend.
