There was a lot of noise in the halls and this noise affected the room, it was hard to sleep with the noise

I had a 5 star experience here for 8 nights and enjoyed a beautiful room overlooking the golf course and mountains. The room service was exceptional particularly the quesadilla and the pasta dishes. The pools were sensational and even tho it was packed there was plenty of room for everyone. The spa was well worth it (ask for Laura) she is the best! I had great housekeeping from Maria on the fifth floor and my favorite bellman was a gentleman named Carlos. Everyone was very friendly and when there were any issues at checkout or checkin they were resolved quickly by the excellent customer support team of Caleb, Jackeline & Gianina all of whom provided impeccable service.

很棒的酒店，古色古香，很有歷史和故事的酒店，不過也有缺點，隔音很差，靠近機場飛機的噪音比較大，衞生間的門是玻璃的，不隔光，停車場有點遠，價格有點貴

環境沒得説，大草原可以打高爾夫🏌️♀️，自由牧牛悠然自得，站在五樓的陽台上，微風拂面，身心舒暢；早餐豐富，各類餐食均可匹配訴求；房間比較老舊，房內無歡迎瓶裝水等，這部分可以後續改善下，

交通去機場很方便，早餐豐富，外面有高爾夫球練習場，建築充滿歷史，房間較大，但浴室比較簡陋，淋浴時候水流到外面到處都是，房間也有點舊。

Beautiful hotel with many amazing details.
Large comfortable room with a great view.
BUT....the food was atrocious.
We waited for dinner for one hour and we were then served a very tepid soup and a totally uncooked (& cold) pasta dish. We sent it back and it was returned hotter but still inedible. The waiter did not charge for it, which was kind of him.
