Good points, room very nice and clean. Bar and pool staff very good. Dinner OK. Amenities also good.
Not so good, receptionists abrupt and unwelcoming, we were told to see the bell man to organise a lift to the airport and he just left us standing at his desk organising about 10 suitcases and then walked off to deliver them to various rooms. We went for breakfast at 05.00 as it says on room information and was told when checking out it opens at 05.30. We had a flight to catch and make our own way to the airport so no breakfast.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and this hotel was a great start to our adventure. They had the shuttle from the airport and beautiful accomidations. Breakfast was fantastic! We escaped the cold in Ohio to come to warmth and luxury!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Barcelo San Jose this Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

리조트 호텔이라서... 산호세 시티에서는 떨어져 있습니다.
시내 나갈라면 택시 불러야 해요.
＞_＜ 하프보트해서 저녁까지 먹었는데..
조식이나 디너나.. 비슷하고.. 입맛에 좀 안 맞았어요
근데 정원과 수영장은 좋아요

房間很寬敞，一室一廳，裝修風格偏早古，有回家的感覺。機場接送機服務需要預約，很貼心的服務。早餐也很棒。酒店一樓有個日料餐廳，都。

其實沒有5星 標準，酒店和房間外表都不錯，衹是太陳舊，客房有股味道。早餐還不錯，多選擇，泳池很漂亮，花園也有熱帶風情，鳥語花香。去市中心都是打的，客服幫助叫車很方便，價格可以商討，一般到市中心都要10多美金。酒店有免費機場接送，但是要提前預約，人多的話還是打車方便，酒店擺渡車是每小時一次。
