We have an amazing stay in this hotel. All the employees was very friendly. Great room with all the amenities!

Incredible little boutique hotel. Beds and pillows on bed were incredibly comfortable, loved having a bathrobe in room. Very friendly staff. Hotel is quiet and has an incredible location, u can walk all of Old San Juan, and get back to Alma and relax. For now only 1 restaurant has opened, but it was nice dinner and cocktails. I cant stress enough how friendly the staff was. And the view from the rooftop, was to die for. Do not pass this hotel up, you wont regret it.

Friendly staff and Management. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillow top mattress. Hotel is well located to tour Old San Juan and the rest of the Island!

Amazing experience at the Alma Hotel San Juan. The hotel staff were so friendly and inviting and the rooms were spacious and beautiful. The beds were extremely conformable. The rooftop restaurant had impeccable and friendly staff in addition to fantastic food and excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to old San Juan!

WOW!!!!... How can I start? This property was smack center of Old San Juan walking distance to everything in the area. When check in we was greeted by front desk agent Marly OMG!!!.. customer service AMAZING!!!.. The rooms are brand new bed and pillows super comfy amenities are superb 👌. Roof top bar BEAUTIFUL!!!!.. AMAZING FOOD!!!!.. 👏 again customer service is a 10 of 10, my self and my wife enjoyed 10 unbelievable days in this property and would do it again. I have to mention Marly and Nicole for amazing customer service, house keeping 👌 they kept our room fresh every single day, my wife loves to leave motivation notes for the day with a tip and every house keeper that worked our room took the extra time to respond to the notes a detail that my wife LOVED... PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY OUT THIS PROPERTY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Everything was top tier. The lobby is gorgeous and smells great. The rooms are stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the room had great amenities. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Alma! Our room offered beautiful views of the plaza and the sea. The furnishings were of high quality, and the thoughtful personal touches and high quality amenities throughout really added to the boutique feel. We also dined at the rooftop restaurant, Mar y Rosa, we shared multiple dishes from the menu and they were all fantastic, complemented by excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan.

Alma is the best hotel in Old San Juan! It has an amazing rooftop restaurant, Mar y Rosa, and the most breathtaking views of the old city! The staff was very kind and attentive as well. I can't wait to book my next stay in Alma; such an amazing experience!
