Everything was fine except for no parking

Best location, wonderful neighborhood and right by the beach. Very cute hotel and pretty much what I expected. Maybe could use a little TLC in the rooms. Restaurant in the hotel was awesome. Best meal we had while in town.

Great big hot tub. Lots of towels and friendly staff. But no one is on duty overnight and rooms have no phones

Nice big room with refrigerator & microwave. It would be nice to have coffee in the morning. No one is at the front desk until about 10 am for checkout & to call for a taxi

Nice warm small pool great air condition clise to places specially the beach nice customer service comfortable beds but the facilites needs some tlc the place being there for a while

Hotel was in a perfect location right on the beach and with in walking distance of things to do. Rooms are clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The restaurant there is great too!

Terrible experience. The hotel did not have water service on the night we stayed and the customer service did not even bother on telling us about the situation or made any arrangements to accommodate.
While I understand some things are outside of the control of the hotel, I still think it is embarrassing that the hotel did not have a backup plan (we had to Uber to a pharmacy to buy water from a local pharmacy so we could take a shower, wash our hands, and brush our teeth) The hotel did not even offer an apology and it was a very frustrating experience overall. When we got water running, it was very yellow and smelly. I’m very dissatisfied with my stay

Acacia Boutique Hotel deliver more than expected.
Really Authentic colonial stule and atmosphere. Worth the money and more.
Stayed two times one day at the time during my 3 weeks travel. Best experience.
Condado area is calm, beautiful and right on the beach.

There was no towel bar in bathroom was broken off. Shower dirty, floor not clean. Front glass door shattered. No washcloths and limited towels. Only shampoo and bar soap offered. People in pool after hours, loud.
