Much better stay than previous times. The bath’s shower head provided an adequate supply of hot water. Room service was reasonably priced, with quick delivery and good quality.

Stayed for several days around Christmas time and the area was super safe. The plaza fundadores right across the street was decorated beautiful and had a ice skating rink. Parking at hotel was included but is actually a public parking garage next door. Due to popular area, there were often times I had to wait in line to get into the already full parking.

I love the location. You can walk for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Plenty of food and drinks close by. Staff is nice and hotel is very clean.

Both beds are in need of replacement, each squeaking to the point where even minimal movement kept us awake. As your records will show, we were guests in #514.

The hotel is located downtown on a busy street close to all the main plazas. It needs a little TLC, the hallway carpets were stained on our floor. the room had tile so that was good.

Great value and location. The area was surrounded by shops, restaurants. Short walk to most historic sites and monuments. Our 9th floor room looked over the street below and the Plaza Fundadores. Fast elevators. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent-sized, clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The room looked like it had been remodeled in the last few years. The pictures here on TA are old. The beds were covered by white duvets with purple sashes. The floor was a grey faux wood, and the bathroom had a tiled shower and respectable sink counter. Parking is free in the garage next to the hotel. We only stayed one night, so we did not see any of the other amenities, nor did we eat in the restaurant. The Wi-Fi was weak/ intermittent, I thought it was a great find in SLP. Comfortable and centrally located. Priced lower than its worth. I would stay here again.

Now I get the name. Room windows are floor to ceiling, wall to wall, with great views of the city. My room on the northside directly overlooked the path of the Good Friday procession, which I had come to see. I didn't know at the time that my room was right where I wanted to be. If you are going for the Good Friday procession, this is the place to stay. Also, the windows open, which is amazing, and you can get all the sound, etc. The downside: it was loud. Bring ear plugs. The music on the plaza de fundadores was loud till late on Easter weekend. Another downside: good luck getting out during the procession; I did it but it was an adventure. Also convenient, there is a small convenience store a half block away, and two pharmacies (one 24-hour) a walkable half mile away

The hotel is very convenient but has gone down in service and amenities. There were no hand towels, no blankets, no glasses for water, no English stations on TV and no one to help with suitcases (only certain hours). We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It has really deteriorated. It is in dire need of upgrades instead of patch jobs, esp the bathrooms. Sad.
